Retainment and Consultation Policy

LVH, PLLC offers a one-time, free, 30-minute consultation for each prospective client by appointment.  While some fields charge for consultations, it is not right for you to have to pay unless the firm can actually help you.  LVH believes in people before pennies.

After your consultation, if you wish to retain the firm, you will be provided with an engagement letter.  Despite the name, you should treat this letter as a contract outlining the scope and basis of your representation.

As part of servicing your needs, LVH will provide you with an attorney-specific phone number and e-mail address so that you can contact and leave messages for your attorney as necessary.  Arrangements can also be made for those with disabilities or the visually, speech or hearing impaired.
